Draka UC400 Cat6 HD cable is the ONLY cable in the market, having the slimmest diameter and being approved for 90m Cat6 permanent link. Fundamental reason of being slim is the plastic divider. It is even better than many standard Cat6 cables in the market in terms of electrical performances (up to 400 MHz).
UC400 Cat6 HD cable passes today`s all POE standards. POE Standards:
- POE: supporting up to 15W (12.95W on device) by using 2-pairs à UC300 Cat5e & UC400 Cat6 HD (and higher) are compatible
- POE+ supporting up to 30W (25.5W on device) by using 2-pairs à UC300 Cat5e & UC400 Cat6 HD (and higher) are compatible
- Non-standard application, UPOE (4-Pair POE): supports up to 60W (51W on device) through 4-pais à UC300 Cat5e & UC400 Cat6 HD (and higher) are compatible
- New upcoming standard (IEEE 802.3bt) (no official name yet): will support up to 100W à specs are not certain yet, but Cat6A might be the least cabling
UC400 Cat6 HD is compatible for all existing POE standards up to 60W. However for future proof & better performance, Cat6A cabling is recommended!
